Use this portal for managed-device support, home network issues, Microsoft 365 access problems, billing questions, and security concerns. Every request is captured as a ticket so the next step, owner, and response history stay in one secure place.

For urgent security events such as a suspicious login, unexpected MFA prompt, clicked phishing link, lost device, or possible account takeover, choose the security-related help topic and include what happened, when it happened, and which device or account was involved.

What to expect: Rahvion reviews new requests during support hours, prioritizes security and access-impacting issues first, and responds with clear next steps. Managed-device and Action1 requests are routed to technical support for remote assistance.

Do not include passwords, payment details, recovery codes, one-time MFA codes, or full Social Security numbers in any ticket. If sensitive information is needed, Rahvion will provide a safer collection method.
